Do you take custom orders for herbal blends, ointments, tinctures, bulk herbs, etc.?

Absolutely! Just give me details of what you are looking for, and we can come to an arrangement.

 

Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

Unfortunately, not at this time.

 

What is this store's return and exchange policy?

I unfortunately cannot accept returns or exchanges, but please reach out to me with any issues regarding your order.

 

How long will it take to receive my order?

It may take between 1-4 days to ship your order. Once shipped, your order should arrive anywhere between 2-10 business days depending on the efficiency of your local postal services. All orders are shipped through USPS.

 

What if something is wrong with my order?

Please contact me immediately! I am always eager to solve any problems with your purchase.

 

What if I have allergies to certain plants? Do you have ingredient lists for your products?

While I do not always publish full ingredient lists, please let me know of any allergies prior to ordering and I will create a custom item for you if necessary and possible.
